Alpha Pro Warranty

Coverage period

The Alpha Pro is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This 6-month warranty is in addition to those guarantees. Your consumer guarantee rights may continue beyond the warranty period, depending on what is reasonable for a product of this type and price.

What's covered

• Delamination of the face or core
• Core breakdown under normal play
• Edge guard or handle separation not caused by impact
• Manufacturing faults in materials or construction

What's not covered

• Normal wear, including face roughness, grip wear and cosmetic scratches
• Damage from impact, throwing, or hitting the ground, fences or hard surfaces
• Damage from heat, leaving the paddle in a hot car, or improper storage
• Paddles bought from unauthorised resellers

How to claim

Email hello@levdogs.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.

Photo requirements

• The full face of the paddle
• A close-up of the defect
• The edge guard and handle
• The serial or batch label, if present

Assessment process

We assess claims within 5 business days. If it's a covered defect, we repair or replace the paddle. If the same model isn't available, we'll offer the closest equivalent.
