When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept it. Pre-order and founder's-drop items are charged in full at checkout and ship according to the timelines on the product and shipping pages.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders we've already accepted. The founder's-drop price is a limited launch price.
The LEVDOGS name, logos, designs, copy and imagery are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
The Alpha Pro carries the warranty set out on our warranty page, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the goods or paying the cost of replacing them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
