You have 30 days from delivery to return unused gear for a refund or exchange. We want you in kit you're happy with.
Need a different size or colourway? Start an exchange and we'll get the replacement moving as soon as the original is on its way back to us.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Your choice.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including for major failures and for faults that aren't obvious.
