The Alpha Pro is a founder's drop. You're charged in full at checkout and your paddle ships with the first production run. We'll email you with production updates and a confirmed dispatch date.
Founder's Drop orders ship free, worldwide.
Once we're shipping from stock, orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
If your tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, email hello@levdogs.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier and sort it out.
Australian prices include GST. International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
