The Pack Ambassador terms.

Eligibility

The Pack Ambassador Program is open to players, coaches, club organisers and creators who represent LEVDOGS honestly and look after their community. There is no minimum social following.

Applications are reviewed individually. Approval is at our discretion, and we may waitlist applicants while we grow the Pack in stages. You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information.

Commission rules

Approved ambassadors earn on every completed, attributed order. Pack Ambassador: 10% cash or 15% Pack Credit; Pack Captain: 15% cash or 20% Pack Credit; Pack Elite: 20% cash or 25% Pack Credit.

Commission is calculated on the net product value after discounts. It excludes GST and other taxes, shipping, and the value of any gift cards. New commissions begin as Pending and are confirmed roughly 30 days after the order is fulfilled, once the return window has closed.

Tiers move on completed attributed sales and update automatically: you become a Pack Captain at 25 sales and Pack Elite at 100. Your rates step up the moment you cross the line.

Referral rules

Each ambassador receives a unique discount code (for example, CHRIS10), which gives the customer 10% off, and a referral link.

Referral links set a 30-day cookie and use last-click attribution. Where both apply, a discount code used at checkout takes priority over a referral cookie.

• No self-referrals. Orders you place yourself do not earn commission.
• Codes are personal to you and must not be posted to coupon or deal-aggregation sites.
• Attempts to game attribution (cookie stuffing, fake clicks, duplicate accounts) void the commissions involved.

Refund rules

Commissions follow the order. If an order is refunded, the related commission is reversed. Cancelled orders earn no commission. Partial refunds adjust the commission proportionally.

Pack Credit issued against an order that is later refunded is adjusted or reclaimed in the same way.

Payout timing

Confirmed commissions are paid on a regular cycle once they pass the Pending window and reach a minimum payout threshold. You choose to be paid in cash or Pack Credit, and can change your preference at any time.

Cash payouts are made to the account details you provide. Pack Credit is added to your balance and can be spent on LEVDOGS gear.

Conduct standards

• Represent the game well — you carry the brand on your court.
• Only make claims we can stand behind. No hype we can't back, and never a claim of approval or certification we don't hold.
• Look after your players first. The sale comes second.
• Keep it inclusive. The Pack is about effort, not rank.

Brand usage

We provide logos, product photography and launch assets for promoting LEVDOGS. Use them as supplied and don't alter the marks, recolour them, or imply a partnership beyond the ambassador relationship.

Don't register domains, social handles or run paid ads on LEVDOGS trademarks without written permission.

Tax responsibilities

You are responsible for any tax owed on the commissions or Pack Credit you receive. Ambassadors act as independent participants, not employees or agents of LEVDOGS, and nothing here creates an employment or partnership relationship.

Termination rights

You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end an ambassador's participation for breach of these terms, abuse of the tracking system, or conduct that harms the brand or community.

On termination, confirmed commissions already earned are honoured; pending commissions tied to incomplete or reversed orders may be withheld.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program grows. Material changes will be communicated to active ambassadors. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
